Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Azavex is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Azavex is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
